Ms. Kindra and Ms. Nanci's class adopted a cow named Peony. Today, we learned all about where she lives and who takes care of her. We will receive updates on her and be able to ask the owners questions throughout the school year.

In today's Biology class, high school students learned how to extract chlorophyll from leaves! 🍃🍂 They picked green leaves before they change color and fall, then smashed them in a mortar. After that, alcohol was added with a filter paper strip, and the chlorophyll was absorbed.
