On the job tour, they were able to show us a variety of different jobs they interned at, what the various departments looked like, and about their interview experiences. Curtis Pride is a former Major League Baseball player who was born deaf. He batted left-handed and threw right-handed, and played for teams such as the Los Angeles Angels. Curtis's mother contracted rubella while pregnant, which caused him to be born deaf. He was raised orally and later learned American Sign Language (ASL).
